Austin’s American Grill

Greeley, CO 2021

Just an hour east of Fort Collins, CO is Greeley, a quaint farm town — and the newest location for a Fort Collins staple, Austin’s American Grill. The space was designed within a former Ford dealership built in the 1920’s, and held on to many historic features in the aesthetic. Upon entering this warm space, the main bar features a 7’ tall antique boiler plate from the original building. At the bar and in the dining room, diners have visibility into an open rotisserie as the hearth of the restaurant. Custom caramel stained millwork showcases sourced decor captured from Texas’ Round Top antique fair.

Along the perimeter of the restaurant are custom booths, designed with 2-toned vegan leather. The seat tufting was inspired by 1920’s Ford automobiles.

Custom board + batten wall paneling in a stained olive green finish brings warmth throughout the space.

In Common With ceramic sconces add ambience to each table setting.
