A historic art-deco style building located in midtown Manhattan became the test site for developing and implementing WeWork’s new brand image and standard for design for future projects to come. High end materials and carefully selected furniture elements catered a fresh modern aesthetic with goals to attract a new demographic of clientele.

This was an in-development project carried through from concept design to construction administration before efforts paused.
