WeWork’s largest location in the northeast region, 1 Lincoln Street spans almost 250,000 SF of office + community space. Located in downtown Boston, the main member floor (MMF) lounge provides a variety of seating types for gathering + lounging. One end of the lounge is anchored with a kitchen + island, while the opposite end is dedicated working space with 2-top booths + hot desks.

Included in the project design were large conference rooms, restrooms, and additional micro-lounges between floors.
